Meet your instructor

Ms. Anju

Anju is an Acharya (M.Sc.) in Yogic Science and an experienced yoga instructor. Her formal training includes a 200-hour yoga teacher training program with Government of India recognition and a 300-hour Hatha Yoga certification through Yoga Alliance International.

Her expertise spans therapeutic yoga, breathwork, meditation, and holistic wellbeing — helping students of all levels build a sustainable, supportive practice.
