Effective date: September 28, 2026. All payments to Holistic Harmony Haven Corporation (HHH) are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to HHH consultations, HHH Institute programs, lab-review services and HHH educational products. By paying for or enrolling in any HHH service, you accept this policy.
HHH does not issue refunds, full or partial, for any service or product once payment has been made. Please review each service description, schedule and requirement carefully before you pay.
You may reschedule a consultation once, free of charge, if you email info@holisticharmonyhaven.ca at least 24 hours before your session. The new time must be booked within 60 days. Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours' notice, and late arrivals of more than 15 minutes, are forfeited. If HHH needs to move your session, it will be rescheduled at a time that suits you.
Tuition for HHH Institute certificate and diploma programs is non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed. Where a written payment plan has been agreed, scheduled instalments remain payable. A student facing a documented medical or family emergency may request, in writing, a deferral to a later intake; approval is at HHH's discretion.
Books, PDFs and other digital products are non-refundable. If a file does not arrive or will not open, email info@holisticharmonyhaven.ca within 7 days and HHH will resend it at no charge.
HHH lab-review sessions follow the consultation rules in section 2. Fees paid to a third-party laboratory are governed by that laboratory's own policy.
Products ordered through the affiliated dispensary are sold and fulfilled by the dispensary provider and are subject to that provider's return policy.
If you are charged twice or charged the wrong amount in error, email info@holisticharmonyhaven.ca with your name and payment date. Verified billing errors are corrected to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please contact HHH before starting a chargeback with your bank or card issuer so any billing question can be resolved directly.
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.
HHH may update this policy. The policy in effect on the date of your payment applies to that payment. Questions: info@holisticharmonyhaven.ca.
