Clear, written terms for every HHH service. By booking, applying, or purchasing, you confirm you have read and agree to this policy.
Short version: All HHH consultations, lab panels, Institute programs, and book purchases are non-refundable once booked, ordered, or enrolled. Rescheduling is available within the windows described below.
Initial consultation — $175 CAD · 60 minutes · virtual.
Follow-up consultation — $225 CAD · 60 minutes · virtual.
All consultation fees are non-refundable once payment has been received. This includes payments made by Stripe, credit card, or Interac e-Transfer.
Any multi-session package or care plan is non-refundable once purchased. Unused sessions remain available for use within 12 months of the original purchase date and are not transferable to other clients.
Lab testing is delivered in partnership with NiaHealth. Once a lab requisition has been issued and a draw has been booked through the NiaHealth platform, the panel fee paid to HHH is non-refundable.
If you wish to cancel before a requisition has been issued, contact HHH within 24 hours of payment for a one-time review of your case.
All HHH Institute tuition is non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed and platform access has been granted. This includes:
No payment is collected at the application stage. If your application is declined, nothing is owed. If your application is accepted and you choose not to proceed, nothing is owed.
One 90-day deferral is available per program in cases of documented medical emergency, bereavement, or comparable hardship. Deferrals must be requested in writing.
All books are sold as digital downloads via Stripe checkout. Because content is delivered immediately on purchase and cannot be returned, all book sales are final and non-refundable. This applies to individual titles and to the Build-Your-Bundle purchase ($147 CAD).
If a download fails to deliver, email info@holisticharmonyhaven.ca within 14 days of purchase and we will resend the file.
Supplements ordered through the HHH Fullscript Canada dispensary are governed by Fullscript’s own return policy. HHH does not handle supplement refunds directly — please contact Fullscript Canada customer support for any return, damaged-item, or shipping-error request related to a dispensary purchase.
e-Transfer payments are sent to randhawapardeep@hotmail.com. Auto-deposit is enabled, so no security question or answer is required. Once an e-Transfer has been auto-deposited, the same non-refundable terms above apply.
The 10% e-Transfer discount on lab subtotals applies only to the lab-testing subtotal at the time of booking and cannot be retroactively applied to past purchases.
By submitting payment, you agree to contact HHH first to resolve any concern before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank, card issuer, or Stripe. Chargebacks filed in violation of this policy may result in suspension of services and platform access.
HHH consultations and services are integrative, holistic, and functional in nature. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care from a licensed physician. HHH does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Clients are encouraged to remain under the care of their GP and any treating specialists, and HHH coordinates with that care team where clinically appropriate.
This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect operational or regulatory changes. The version in effect at the time of your booking or purchase governs that transaction. Material changes will be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date above.
