Functional Lab Testing · HHH Lab Team + NiaHealth Partner Network
Advanced functional and metabolic panels, coordinated by the HHH lab team and our NiaHealth partner network. Mobile blood draw across 9 Canadian provinces today; HHH lab service in India launching soon. Every panel is paired with a 30-minute results review by the HHH clinical team and consulting reviewers, in coordination with your referring care team where appropriate.
Why Functional Lab Testing
Standard provincial bloodwork is built to rule out emergency disease — not to map the upstream patterns that drive fatigue, hormonal shifts, weight changes, and inflammation. HHH lab panels go further: thyroid in full, advanced lipids, fasting insulin, inflammatory markers, vitamin and mineral status, and metabolic health.
Results are reviewed by the HHH clinical and lab team with input from consulting specialists where indicated, and translated into a plain-language report you can actually use.

No referral is required. The requisition is issued through our partner NiaHealth and authorized by a licensed Canadian healthcare provider on the NiaHealth platform.
You don’t have to be, but we strongly recommend booking a consultation first. Numbers without context are just numbers — the clinical review is where the panel actually becomes useful.
Results typically return within 7–10 business days after your blood draw. We’ll book your results review session as soon as your results land in the portal.
No. Functional lab panels are designed to support a wellness investigation — not to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Any abnormal findings that require medical workup are referred back to your GP or a specialist.
Book a consultation and we’ll recommend the panel that fits your case — not the other way around.
