Terms & Booking Policy

1. Services

Holistic Harmony Haven (HHH) provides virtual integrative and functional medicine consultations worldwide, lab testing in Canada (India coming soon), practitioner-curated supplements via Fullscript, online courses, and books. Consultations are available in English, Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu.

2. Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed when you submit the booking form, select a payment method, and agree to these terms.
• Accepted payment methods: Interac e-Transfer (Canada — randhawapardeep@hotmail.com, auto-deposit on), UPI (India — 4034025539@hdfc), or credit card (worldwide — Stripe invoice sent within 1 business day).
• Your appointment slot is held immediately on booking. Card payments must be settled before the appointment.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may reschedule at no charge up to 48 hours before your appointment.
• Reschedules within 48 hours may incur a $50 CAD administrative fee.
• Missed appointments (no-shows) forfeit the full session fee.
• All consultation and package fees are non-refundable once paid.

4. Scope of Practice

HHH services are integrative, holistic, and functional in nature. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care from a licensed physician. HHH does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Please remain under the care of your GP and any treating specialists.

5. Privacy

Information you share — including health concerns, contact details, and intake responses — is used only to deliver your care and is never sold or shared with third parties outside your care team (e.g. lab partners) without your consent.
