"HHH", "we", "us", or "our" refers to Holistic Harmony Haven Corporation, an Alberta-registered corporation with its principal place of business in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, founded and led by Pardeep Kaur Randhawa (Functional & Holistic Medicine Practitioner). The only email address used for all HHH correspondence is info@holisticharmonyhaven.ca.
HHH provides functional medicine education, functional-medicine-informed whole-person support, HHH Institute learning programs, educational books, and lab-testing information. HHH does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, manage disease, replace regulated healthcare, or provide emergency or urgent-care services. All HHH sessions are educational and complementary. Nothing on this website is medical advice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta for any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of HHH services.
Submitting a request through the HHH website does not reserve an appointment, guarantee availability, or collect payment. HHH will confirm — in writing, by email — the current service, scope, duration, availability, fee, and applicable policies before any payment or scheduling occurs. Payment and scheduling instructions are only issued after a request is reviewed and accepted by the HHH team.
All published fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are indicative only. The final fee is confirmed in writing before payment. HHH accepts payment by the methods listed in the written confirmation. Payment is due before the confirmed session or program access is delivered, except where a written payment plan has been offered and accepted.
Refund terms for HHH consultations, HHH Institute programs, and HHH educational products are set out in the HHH Refund Policy. By requesting or enrolling in an HHH service, you acknowledge you have read and accepted the current Refund Policy.
HHH does not provide medical diagnosis, prescribe medications, order or interpret medical laboratory tests for diagnostic purposes, manage disease, order imaging, or perform any activity reserved for regulated healthcare professionals in your jurisdiction. Educational lab-testing information does not constitute a diagnostic service. HHH is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency number immediately.
All HHH course materials, curriculum, lesson notes, quizzes, exams, PDFs, videos, images, and website content are the intellectual property of Holistic Harmony Haven Corporation. You may not copy, redistribute, republish, or resell HHH materials without prior written permission. HHH grants enrolled students a limited, non-transferable, personal-use license to the materials of programs they have paid for.
HHH is currently an IPHM-approved training provider. CANNP and CAHN-Pro recognition pathways are in progress. HHH Institute credentials do not confer a university degree, a professional licence, a protected title, or independent authority to diagnose, treat, prescribe, or practise. Prospective students must confirm current curriculum, prerequisites, credential wording, and external recognition status in writing before enrollment.
HHH handles personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA and Alberta PIPA). HHH does not sell personal information. Full privacy details are available on written request to info@holisticharmonyhaven.ca.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HHH's total liability arising from or connected with any HHH service is limited to the fee actually paid to HHH by the client or student for that specific service. HHH is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any medical outcome. You engage HHH services on the understanding that they are educational and complementary.
HHH may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top of this page indicates the latest revision. Continued use of HHH services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
