All memberships are billed monthly in Canadian dollars and renew until you cancel. Each membership consultation is 20 minutes.

4 Payment

HHH confirms your membership and start date by email before your first payment. Then pay on your start date and the same date each month. For e-Transfer, put your full name in the message.

5 Your health and our care

6 Membership terms

  1. Your membership renews every month until you cancel.
  2. To cancel, give at least 2 weeks' notice before your next monthly payment date by emailing info@holisticharmonyhaven.ca.
  3. All payments are final. There are no refunds.
  4. To reschedule an in-person session, give at least 24 hours' notice.
  5. Missed or unused sessions are not credited, carried over or refunded.
  6. You can switch to a different membership from your next monthly payment.
  7. We keep your information private and only share it with your medical team or others if you say we can, or if the law requires it.
