Holistic Harmony Haven never sees or stores your card details.
Please email a screenshot of your payment confirmation to info@holisticharmonyhaven.ca with your invoice number or full name in the subject line. This helps us reconcile your payment quickly and send you a receipt. Card payments via Stripe are reconciled automatically โ no screenshot needed.
Canadian clients โ use Interac e-Transfer (no fees, direct to our account). Indian clients โ use UPI or your bank's quick payment (instant, no card needed). All other countries โ use Stripe for card payment in CAD.
Any HHH invoice โ initial consultations ($180), follow-up consultations ($225), functional lab panels ($799 / $1,299 / $1,800+), 3-month care packages, practitioner certificate and diploma program tuition, or any custom quote we've sent you.
HHH books are purchased directly from the books page. Dispensary orders are placed through your Fullscript dispensary portal, which has its own checkout. Use this page only for invoices we've sent you by email.
Yes. For Stripe card payments, an official receipt is emailed to you automatically with GST shown as a separate line. For e-Transfer and UPI payments, we issue a receipt by email once we confirm your payment. If you need a formal invoice for insurance or tax purposes, email info@holisticharmonyhaven.ca.
If you're unsure of the amount, you've lost your invoice, or the payment didn't go through, email info@holisticharmonyhaven.ca and we'll sort it out within one business day.
