Who is Pardeep Kaur Randhawa?
Pardeep is the founder of HHH and a Functional & Holistic Medicine Practitioner based in Calgary, Alberta. She holds accreditation through IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine) and is pursuing further credentials in Traditional Chinese Medicine through CITCM. She is a member of CANNP and CAHN-Pro professional associations. She is not a medical doctor and does not use the title "Dr." in her HHH practice.
Functional medicine
What is functional medicine?
Functional medicine is a root-cause, systems-based approach to whole-person wellness. Rather than looking only at a single symptom, it considers nutrition, sleep, stress, environmental exposure, gut health, hormones, and lifestyle patterns together. It asks why a symptom is showing up, not just what to do about it.
In Canada, functional medicine is educational and complementary. Diagnosis, disease management, and prescribing remain within the scope of regulated healthcare providers (family physicians, specialists, licensed naturopathic doctors where regulated).
Does HHH diagnose or treat medical conditions?
No. HHH offers functional medicine education, consultation-based wellness guidance, and educational lab-information pathways. Anyone with an active medical concern should work with their family physician or a licensed specialist. HHH complements — it does not replace — regulated healthcare.
Consultations & lab testing
How does an HHH consultation work?
All consultations are virtual.
- Discovery Call — 15 minutes, free. A short fit check to see if HHH is right for you.
- Initial Consultation — 60 minutes, $180 CAD.
- Follow-up Consultation — 45 minutes, $225 CAD.
Booking and secure payment happen on the consultations page. Consultations are educational and wellness-focused, not clinical or diagnostic.
What lab testing does HHH offer?
HHH offers four functional-informed lab bundles ordered through partner laboratories:
- Foundational Essential Panel — $799 CAD
- Kidney Health Deep Panel — $899 CAD
- Hormonal Balance Panel — $849 CAD
- Autoimmune Screening Panel — $929 CAD
Results are reviewed with you in an educational context during your consultation. HHH does not run its own laboratory and does not issue clinical diagnoses from test results. See lab-testing.html for current panels and inclusions.
HHH Institute
What is the HHH Institute?
The HHH Institute is a private online school offering diploma and certificate programs in functional and holistic medicine. Practitioner programs follow a 24-month structure:
- 6 months prerequisite study — coursework, weekly quizzes, proctored midterm
- 18 months full practitioner course — theory and practice weighted equally, supervised client cases, mentor review, proctored final exam
Pricing (CAD):
- Short practitioner certificates: $697 – $1,997
- Diploma programs: $3,497 – $6,997 (depending on program length)
HHH Institute credentials are educational. They do not confer a university degree, professional licence, protected title, or independent authority to diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Recognition depends on the profession and jurisdiction; confirm in writing before enrolling.
What is IPHM accreditation?
IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine) is a UK-based international accrediting body for holistic and complementary practitioners and training providers. HHH holds IPHM accreditation for its practitioner training.
IPHM accreditation is a private, international, professional standard. It is not a Canadian regulatory licence and does not replace provincial healthcare regulation. See our dedicated article: IPHM accreditation explained.
Is HHH a university or accredited by the government?
No. HHH is not a university, is not a public post-secondary institution, and is not licensed by an Alberta or Canadian government body to grant degrees. Proposed degree programs are not currently available. HHH is awaiting a response from the relevant Alberta education authority before publishing any degree program. Current offerings are diploma and certificate programs only.
